RETURNS INFORMATION
We will only reprint product after reviewing your request. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, color or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, we does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. In no way shall Bizyant IT be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind.
Please note that it is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a monitor color calibration has been done, there still will be a chance for color mismatch either cause by the paper type or the printer color profile. Even if the printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always slightly differ from the original artwork.

Format furnished by clients must be saved in :

2.Adobe Acrobat Document (pdf)
3.Adobe Photoshop (psd)

* Bizyant IT will print with the provided color code which in client’s art work file.
* It’s client’s responsibility to inform Bizyant IT if the color mode with the art work file is other than CMYK color mode.
* Please be informed that +/- 10% differ on the print-out color is tolerable and reasonable using combine-plate method. The color standard is base on our supplier’s color chart.
* Please be advised in advance that different batches of printing may differ, e.g. : a printout that +10% last month may be -10% in this month, this is tolerable and acceptable.
* All design artwork has to be set as CMYK Color.
* CMYK color data combined in total cannot exceed 300, this will resulted in overlap effect. Should such printing results shown, Bizyant IT is not responsibility for reprint.
* All link file require to embedded, resolution must 300 or above dot per inch (dpi).
* Reprinting of product due to technical problem is only eligible with no charge of content/artwork.
* Customer are fully responsible for the accuracy of your print ready artwork file, we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting/confirm the order to Bizyant IT.
* Our printing production checks most of the design artwork files before printing, but you are still fully responsible for the accuracy of your print ready artwork file submission and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Bizyant IT.We are not responsible for any loss/damage image, misplacement/spellings or typo error which the artwork is provided by customer or the artwork approved by customer.
* Send other file format (Ms word, Ms PP) may cost design charges.
* Please preview your designs carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your order.
